In 2003, the PHS Senior Living Foundation created two prestigious societies that recognize the generosity and ongoing commitment of a special group of friends, families and businesses.

President's Society recognizes those who have made an ongoing commitment to our 21st Century Endowment Fund. Your gifts are used to support life enhancing programs and services for all of our residents, community grants programs and assistance for our continuing care retirement residents, who through no fault of their own, have exhausted their resources

• Silver Circle 5 Consecutive years of gifts

• Golden Circle 10 Consecutive years of gifts

• Platinum Circle 20 Consecutive years of gifts

• Leadership Circle major gifts of $5000 or more

Chairman's Legacy Society recognizes those who have made a long term commitment to support the mission of the Foundation through participation in our Charitable Gift Planning Programs including bequests, charitable gift annuities and other deferred gifts.
